Spa Place Shipping Policy

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days

Orders usually ship in 1-4 business days. Some items require longer ship-out and/or delivery times.

Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.

Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your bill to and ship to addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.

There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Overnight or Three-Day Shipping.

International and U.S. Territory shipping

International and U.S. Territory shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping

The free shipping offer is not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated above.
